How the catalogue works
- Evidence strength: a grading of how well supported the association is in studies — see the methodology for the scale.
- Genes: the most significant genes in the trait's marker set (a selection — each analysis may include more).
- Categories: the same grouping as the analyses in the app. Lab measurements and pharmacogenetics are not shown here — the explorer focuses on educational traits.
