Compatibility check

How much coverage does your file have against the markers DNAHelper analyzes? Pick your raw data file — the tool counts hits against the entire catalog (~295,000 markers) entirely in your browser. The file is not uploaded.

Pick your file

What is measured?

  • Hit rate: the share of your file's markers found in DNAHelper's catalog — the best indicator of how many analyses your file can produce.
  • Marker count: total SNP rows in the file.
  • Format: the same provider detection as in the file check.

The hit rate is an estimate — it uses a compressed marker index (bloom filter) and may differ by a percentage point from an exact comparison.
